Driving Schools on Google

Had a phone call asking for the person who deals with our Yell.com account. (second such call in a week.) Of course it wasn't from Yell but someone who wanted to get my website on the front page of google for £99 per month! Well the business he was ringing about is already on the front page of Google for my most important keywords. Will any driving schools really pay £99 per month for this? Basically all they do is buy adwords adverts on your behalf. What a ripoff.
