Statistics released this month seem to show that, for young drivers who have been driving for less than six months, they are THREE TIMES MORE LIKELY to have a crash if they have a car full of passengers.
Insurers want the Government to take action on this. The DSA however are putting all their efforts into improving instructor standards and making the driving test more difficult.
